The Shafter Air Museum is proud to present the Gossamer Condor Flight Dinner Banquet. The Flight of the Gossamer Condor at Minter Field Shafter California was like the flight of the Wright Brothers at Kittyhawk North Carolina.

Come see and talk to the people that were there and made it happen on August 23, 1977. See newly released Super 8 movies taken the day of the record-breaking human powered flight at Minter Field, Shafter California. BFC’s own instructor Janice Sullivan was apart of the historic event.
